Our production system centers on CNC machining and integrates a complete process chain—spanning aluminum profile reclamation, cold-drawing, precision grinding, aging treatment, and polishing, through to sandblasting, CNC finishing, and hard anodizing. Each stage incorporates dedicated quality inspection and process control mechanisms to ensure consistent, controllable dimensional accuracy and surface uniformity.
Furthermore, the workshop is equipped with specialized inspection and testing systems. An independent quality control team conducts multi-dimensional assessments—including dimensional tolerance control, surface roughness evaluation, and durability testing—to ensure a closed-loop quality management process.
