Foshan Weiyingjia Technology Co., Ltd. launches QGY thin cylinder barrel, made of 6063-T5 high-strength aluminum alloy to create premium aluminum alloy cylinder barrel. Adopting precision extrusion, hydraulic drawing and fully automatic honing technology, it reaches H7 high precision inner bore with Ra0.2 surface finish. The mirror inner wall effectively reduces friction resistance, improves operation efficiency and lowers energy consumption.
As a high-performance pneumatic cylinder barrel, it is processed with hard anodizing on inner and outer walls. With excellent wear and corrosion resistance, it can operate stably in a wide temperature range from -25℃ to +80℃, perfectly suitable for humid, dusty and other harsh working conditions.
It is also a standard Cylinder accessory aluminum tube for pneumatic matching. Strictly manufactured in accordance with ISO9001 quality system, each product passes professional air leakage inspection before delivery with ultra-low air leakage rate under high pressure. It features long service life and maintenance-free operation.
