All Anodized Pneumatic Cylinder Tubing adopts premium 6063-T5 aluminum raw material, featuring lightweight property plus outstanding structural stability to adapt long-cycle continuous pneumatic operation in various harsh working environments.
Each Aluminum SC Cylinder Tube goes through cold extrusion forming, precision inner honing and strict hard anodizing treatment. The inner bore is finely honed to reach smooth surface with low roughness, effectively reducing friction loss between cylinder barrel and piston seal; uniform hard anodized layer greatly improves wear resistance, anti-corrosion and scratch resistance of our Anodized Pneumatic Cylinder Tubing. Strict dimensional inspection controls inner diameter tolerance at H9 standard to guarantee seamless assembly with SC cylinder accessories.
