This DNC electric cylinder cylinder barrel is professionally made of 6063 aluminum alloy, serving as a key accessory for DNC series electric cylinder cylinder tube. It is a High wear-resistant cylinder of the electric cylinder with inner wall processed by Hard anodized cylinder shaft technology, featuring excellent abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. The hard anodized layer enhances surface hardness, reduces friction loss and prolongs the service life of seals and the whole equipment. The inner wall is finely mirror polished with high precision, ensuring smooth piston movement, low noise and stable operation.
We supply various standard bore sizes and strokes, and custom non-standard sizes are also available. With good pressure resistance and wide temperature adaptability, it can work continuously under high-frequency operating conditions.
