Product Features
Cylinder liner is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, and is processed by CNC precision machining and internal mirror polishing technology. The size tolerance is precise, the inner wall is smooth and fine, and the friction resistance is low. It is combined with an integrated cylinder kit design, with high compatibility of accessories and excellent air tightness.
The thickness of the surface hard oxide film is ≥ 25 μm, with a hardness of HV 500–700. The wear resistance is enhanced by 3–5 times. The high-precision cylinder liner specially designed for oil-free compressors offers an integrated solution for the cylinder liner assembly, ensuring the efficient, clean and stable operation of the atomizer. It is made of 6061/6063 aviation-grade aluminum alloy, with high purity and dense structure. It is specially selected for the gas cylinder liner of oil-free compressors.
The inner wall is precisely polished to a mirror finish, with a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8μm. The friction coefficient is extremely low, achieving oil-free self-lubrication, eliminating oil contamination. The compressed air contains an oil content of <0.01ppm. Long-term reciprocating motion results in no scratches, no deformation, and no peeling, significantly extending the service life of the cylinder liner of the atomizer.
