Lubrication conditions have a significant impact on the service life of a pneumatic cylinder barrel. In pneumatic systems, the piston and seals undergo reciprocating motion against the inner wall of the cylinder barrel. If lubrication conditions are inadequate, frictional forces will increase significantly.

Unlike pneumatic cylinder barrels, hydraulic cylinder barrels need to withstand very high fluid pressures, therefore requiring higher strength and rigidity in their structural design. From a pressure-bearing capacity perspective, ordinary pneumatic cylinder barrels usually cannot meet the strength requirements of hydraulic systems.

From a mechanical perspective, the essential nature of cylinder motion is indeed the linear reciprocating motion of the piston inside the pneumatic cylinder barrel. However, this motion is not spontaneously generated but driven by compressed air.

Pneumatic cylinder seal kits are key components in the pneumatic cylinder sealing system. They are typically installed near the piston or piston rod to prevent compressed air leakage and maintain stable internal cylinder pressure.

Among various sealing materials, nitrile rubber (NBR) is one of the most common and widely used materials in pneumatic cylinder seal kits. NBR is widely used in pneumatic systems due to its good oil resistance, wear resistance, and moderate elasticity.

From an engineering perspective, a standard pneumatic system typically consists of the following five main parts: 1. Air supply unit 2. Air supply processing unit 3. Control components 4. Actuators (the core is the pneumatic cylinder barrel) 5. Auxiliary components and piping system
