A double-acting pneumatic cylinder barrel refers to a cylinder barrel structure specifically designed for double-acting cylinders. It is a hollow cylindrical body with a precisely machined inner surface. Its internal space is divided into two independent working chambers by the piston.

When moisture remains inside the pneumatic cylinder barrel for a long time, especially in an oxygen-containing environment, it is very easy to cause metal corrosion. Even if the pneumatic cylinder barrel is made of aluminum, if there are steel components inside, corrosion problems will still occur.

The pneumatic cylinder barrel is a hollow cylindrical structure, usually located in the middle of the cylinder, with the front and rear end caps connected to its ends. The piston, piston rod, and sealing components all move within the space formed by the pneumatic cylinder barrel.
